Collection Drive to Help Our Neighbors in Need

The Hopewell Community Closet is partnering with the non-profit Educational Advocates Reaching Today’s Hardworking Students to help families living below the poverty line by collecting toiletries and household cleaning supplies.

Items needed are: tooth paste; tooth brushes; deodorant; soap; trial size or 40 oz. bottles of liquid laundry detergent; small bottles of bathroom cleaners; and small bottles of dishwashing liquid. All brands are acceptable. New items only!

The collection drive will run from November 13 to November 27.

To drop off donations, a marked plastic bin will be on the sanctuary steps at the Hopewell United Methodist Church, 20 Blackwell Ave., Hopewell Borough.

The Hopewell Community Closet is a project of the Hopewell United Methodist Women. It is a gently-used clothing resource for the community, and is open on Saturday mornings. For more information, please visit http://www.hopewellmethodist.org/hopewell-community-closet/.
