Hopewell United Methodist Church Mission Statement:
We are a home for people to be transformed by the love of God and grow in mind, body, and spirit.
Hopewell UMC has a vision to be a community of hope for a hurting world. As a United Methodist congregation, we share a common goal to know the Lord better and to follow Him in our daily life, showing the love of God with our neighbors and community.

Our Worship Services
Sunday worship begins at 10 a.m., including music, an opportunity to share thanksgivings and prayer requests with our Lord and the congregation, Scripture reading, and a Biblical sermon from the pastor. Sunday School for school age children is held during the service and child care is available for children under age 5. (Please note Sunday School is not held in July and August.)
Our church is part of the Greater New Jersey United Methodist Conference, the regional body of the United Methodist Church. The official newspaper of the conference, The United Methodist Relay, is published monthly except January and August.
We believe that we all share a deep need to feel God’s love and experience the transformation of new birth through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is our experience that this only happens when we surrender our will and ask Jesus to enter our lives and make us whole. We believe in mission outreach to those who are in need.
