We are starting a new monthly book study based on “Our Strangely Warmed Hearts: Coming Out Into God’s Call” by a United Methodist Bishop, Karen Oliveto.
A special book talk on “If These Stones Could Talk: African American Presence in the Hopewell Valley, Sourland Mountain, and Surrounding Regions of New Jersey,” co-written by local authors and friends of HUMC community, Elaine Buck and Beverly Mills.
We have some good reads coming up over the next few months in Book Talk and would love to have you join us in any or all of the discussions.
Do you enjoy reading? We have an active book study group of people who love reading and gathering to discuss. Click through for an updated schedule for the summer.
We have a great list of books that we will be discussing this fall. We meet at 7 pm and open with prayer concerns. We would love to have you join us and bring a friend, too.
