Join us on Saturday, November 23 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a winter wonderland at the Annual Christmas Bazaar at Hopewell UMC.
Our Bazaar will feature Crafts, Attic Treasures, United Methodist Women’s Bake Table, and a Silent Auction.
Attic Treasures is the most popular area in our Bazaar. Everything offered comes from either members of the congregation, their friends or relatives or members of the community. It’s always an interesting mix of items!
United Methodist Women’s Bake Table. Lots of goodies including breads, cookies or desserts that can used for Thanksgiving or holiday entertaining.
Silent Auction. We offer a variety of items for bidding, including gift baskets and gift certificates or cards (favorite hairdresser, restaurants, other businesses, etc.) Handmade gifts are also included.
The Craft area will have our famous star potholders and crochet topped towels along with other handmade items such as tree ornaments, decorations, pillows and pillow covers and unique gift items.
Stay for Lunch – We will have the Gingerbread Cafe open for lunchtime. We’ll have soups, hot dogs and dessert!
Browse the Thrift Shop – The Hopewell Community Closet (upstairs in Burton Hall), with gently used clothing for all, will be open 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Learn more.
The Hopewell UMC Christmas Bazaar is a fun time to pick up holiday gifts, see your friends or enjoy a cup of coffee or hot cocoa with us!
Except for the United Methodist Women’s bake table – where funds raised go to missions – all other proceeds go to support the Hopewell UMC. Please support this worthy cause!
