From brushing your teeth to getting in a daily workout, we all have habits and routines that keep our lives on track and help support our physical, mental and spiritual health. This Lent, HUMC is considering “Purple Theory” where we will examine the spiritual disciplines that keep us engaged and growing spiritually.
This Sunday, HUMC will look at Prayer.
